Schedule 'A' Section - I

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars , etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but except stone.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in bond stone, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage block (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses on old/new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC SWR pipes 75 mm dia as in weep holes in retaining wall /rain water pipe complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base and finished even and fair without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in filling foundations and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gaded stone aggregate as in , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in shelves and the like including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, cantilever, bressummers ,lintels , shelves including supports and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc and rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on stone or brick walls and finishing surface even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc and providing rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on stone or brick walls and finishing surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; angle iron chowkats for door ,barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for mild steel work as in Framed work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Welded steel wire fabric(weight n.exc 4kg/Square metre) complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for rolled mild steel in plates channels (plain or chequered), square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, of quality GDE Fe 410-W Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 150mm dia Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1, including demolition and breaking up drain pipes of any description and dia including fittings,complete all as specfified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 200mm dia Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1, including demolition and breaking up drain pipes of any description and dia including fittings,complete all as specfified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia (internal) pipes complete all as specified and as directed. (Pipes shall be measured & paid separately).

Material and labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 200 mm dia (internal) pipes complete all as specified and as directed. (Pipes shall be measured & paid separately).

Supply and fixing chequered cement concrete tiles, rubber moulded with laquer polish for extra shine, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25 mm thick, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour vibratory rubber moulded, coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 80 mm thickness, grade M-40 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 50 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, under interlocking coloured paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehenshive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks, etc. attending bloakages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc by employing necessary resources including T&P at kasauli Mil station in AOR of AGE B/R Kasauli complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge and distribute all complaints/ detailing to his tradesmen, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip back from trademans on every working day, re-submit the same to JE's in charge after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell, failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall immediately be effected from the contractor's dues. (ii) The complaint shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs (including sunday & gazetted holiday), commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be effected from his dues on this account. In case, after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the fact shall be brought to the notice of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately and if Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied with the facts brought by the contractor, no recovery shall be made on this account. (iii) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (iv) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item. Contractor or his authorised rep shall ensure and take all necessary preventative safety measures to avoid any health hazard and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence.

Cleaning of septic tank including sludge chambers of any capacity by removing sludge and sludge water by mechanical pumping or manually or by other means. The sludge /sludge waste night soil in any form so obtained shall be disposed off outside defence land by depositing/spreading the same in ditch, layers are compressed with mechanical equipment and covered with earth, leveled, and compacted complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cost of excavation, depositing the soil waste, covering with earth and making good the surface included in the rate quoted by the contractor in this item.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. not exc 10 Square metre on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, leveling and well ramming n.exc 25 cm thick in hard and dense soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where diretected at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, and making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel( 1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm size crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required of pipe 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall confirm be to IS 5382-1985)

Material and labour for PVC (SWR) multi-floor trap, plain with grating, 75mm dia of outlet including jointing with solvent cement as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for vitreous china wash down water closet pan semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-Indian Type) , white (including fixing bolts but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinges device as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, 580 mm x 440 mm size, white colour with integral foot rest and PVC SWR 'P' or 'S' trap of pressure rating 6 Kg per square cm complete including provision of cement concrete bedding, connection to trap, outgoing flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litre PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern with inlet ball valve float, handle, etc. with and including brackets, flush pipe, etc. and connections of flush pipes to WC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 75 mm bore UPVC (SWR), vent cowls including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of vitreous china wash hand basin white with pedestal, ISI marked, flat back of size 550mmx400mm fixed on and including cast iron cantilever bracket, 32mm dia brass waste coupling chromium plated and 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe including fixing of waste fitting, etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. ( Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x450 x7mm or 450x 350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Square metre but not exceeding 0.18 Square metre, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inculding 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 57050.40 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
