Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3"/4" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.),complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., for at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(20 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 10A to 23A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 15HP to 17.5 HP pumpsets

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for5A to 13A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 5HP to 12.5 HP pumpsets

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 13A to 25A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 20HP to 25HP pumpsets -(ML-1.5)

Supplying and fixing of 100 Amps change over switch as directed by the Engineer -in -charge .

Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges,jointing materials etc.,complete.-100 mm dia

Providing and fixing in position UPVC fabricated bend (Finolex / jain)(0.4 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 110 mm dia

Supplying & fixing of 100 mm dia - Double flanged CI pipes IS-1537 & IS-7181 as directed by the engineer -in- charge.

Supplying and fixing of meter board of size 600mmx900mmx150mm on suitable angleframe with suitable water proof plywood 12mm thick for receiving ED supply. The board frame shall be painted and covered on all sides by 16 gauge M.S. sheet and fixed with 3 Nos. of 100 Amps fuse carrier (Havells/Standard/Anchor make) with screws etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of preventor as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Toggle switch as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I.cover with frame (light duty) 455 x 610 mm internal dimensions , total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ), inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete extra complete as per standard design - inside dimensions 500 x700 mm and 45 cm deep for pipe line with one or two inlets - with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes,cables etc , exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (1 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,excluding UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer,endcaps etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 110mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC fabricated bend (Finolex / jain)(1 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 110 mm dia

Making connection of uPVC distribution branch with Upvc main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting the pipe etc.,compete.-110 mm dia to 160 mm dia nominal bore.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.50 sq.m and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disp;osal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Old work (one or more coats )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give and even shade - one or more coats on old work.

Supplying and fixing of 1 x 40W box type single tube light fitting with copper choke & starter with tube Make: Philips/Bajaj as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S. flats , square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete - Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc

Supplying of electrically operated, single stage high speed, centrifugal monoblock with volute type delivery pumpset (Texmo/KSB/ Taro/ Kirloskar) make, AC 3 phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 2900 - 3000 RPM. The pump shell have C.I. impeller, high grade steel shaft having (100mm x 100mm) suction and delivery respectively including stainer / foot valveto pump the water from UGR to OHT. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning(7.5 HP Monoblock centrifugal motor and pumpset).

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue - gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.0 m height + 0.5m projection + 0.5 m in to the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts with 0.5m over lap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1 m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1m run
