Providing and laying prime coat over Concrete pavement surface using 8 kg of Bitumen Emulson for 10 sqm.area as per section - 502 of MORTH & IRC:99-1988 specification including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as prim coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete for laying the speed breakers inside the port premises as per the drawing using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with CRMB - 55 grade bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density, strength, surface accuracy and finishing to required grade line as per specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry/ other approved sources to work site with all lifts and leads by Mechanical Transport, Head load or any other mode of transportation, including labour, tools, plants, equipments, safety measures and incidental as necessary to complete the work as per IRC:99-1988 Specifications.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick speed breaker marking with rectro - reflective strips as per patten give in IRC 99 -1988/ as directed by enginner of specific shade/colur using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane thak heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour, T & P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in - charge and accordance with applicable specifications

Supply and fixing of retro reflective road marker at ever 1m Intervals on both speed breaker outer line, fixed with epoxy adhesive on the road as per direction of Engineer in charge

Earth work excavation for fixing the sign boards in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, debris rubbish etc as existing at site of works for all foundations and such works as directed

Providing and laying for fixing the Caution Board at site with PCC 1:2:4(1cement, 2sand, 4 broken BG metal) as per the drawing and/or as directed at site etc complete.

Supplying of Reflective Caution Boards as per design of IRC - 99-1988 with Aluminium Board of 2mm thick fixed with MS angle 25x25x3mm frame and supported with vertical angle of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm as per drawing etc. complete.
