Cleaning and removing of blockage of any type of sludge /efflucent etc in sewage pipe line of 150mm internal dia from manhole and well flushing with water maually with the help of green bamboo or any other mechanical method as deemed fit including taking off and replacing manhole cover etc. all complete as directed (Depth of manhole n.exc 1.50 Mtr).

As per item No.1 above –- but depth of manhole exc. 1.5 m to 3.00 m.

Cleaning blockages from Nahani trap to Gully trap by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured seperately.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceeding 5m by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured seperately.

Cleaning blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured seperately.

Cleaning blockages from wash hand basin/sink including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Cleaning of septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc. scraping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc. outside MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following of septic tanks :- Note 1:- Sludge / de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. Note 2:- Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area.

Dewatering / desilting from septic tank by using mechanical pump set and discharging for disposal out side the MD land and spreading required bleaching powder over the area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoints, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size built in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping, for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe salt glazed or AC or reinforced concrete and set in cement mortar 110/100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and cleaning the bushes and vegetation near light fitting of solar installalled and depositing at a distance not less than 50 m from solar panel at various places complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs Battery compartment box made up of MS sheet 2mm thick size of 580mm X 445mm X 255 mm with MS cover , locking arrangement and fixing accessories with inside weather proof coated and out side two coats of Aluminium paint including writing of pole number in black colour paint etc taking down un serviceable battery compartment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 2 core 2.5 Sqmm copper wire FRLSH from light to battery and replacement with new wire all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge

Taking down old unserviceable 4 core1.5 Sqmm copper wire FRLSH from panel to battery and replacement with new wire all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge

Material and labour for preparing the surface of Solar steel tubular poles by scrapping ,5/4 mtr long with Battery box, cross arms, clamps etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint incl numbering the poles with white colour paints over black back ground etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Meterial and labour for servicing of solar water heater and repair/replacement of minor items like gas heater dump valve, header tube, raiser tube and cleaning of collector inside and out side , draining of storage tank and cleaning of tank realeasing of air lock with suitable tools and plant all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable solar light fittings including battery, panel,and refixing the same with cleaning repairing and adjestment making serviceable by adjusting/ tilting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix radium strip of 100 mm width in different colour around the pole 1 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of solar Inverter 2 KW, including checking for fault at site, rectifiying the fault at site/ workshop, checking after repair and refixing inverter at same position including all spare parts to make funtional including testing after completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for checking of Solar panel of 2 KW including wiring, sockets, connectors, and MPPT charge cotroller repair/ replacement, confirming to satisfactory operation of solar panel all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix battery 200 AH, 12 V suitable for solar panel charging including all connection wire and connection lead with clamp after taking down the unserviceable battery complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6 Sqmm, 2 core sheathed copper cable flat/ round from solar panel to inverter complete all asspecified and directed.
