M&L for demolition and breaking up reinforced concrete drain pipes (300 mm int dia) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 50 mm but not exc 400 Sqm and n exc 100 mm in deep complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 20 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator means) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out any kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning /filling in ,including spreading,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Soil shall be obtained from item No. 6.00 here-in-before.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs provided for sides of interlocking tiles slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel or drain all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of brick with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, laid dry on edge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick sand cusioning over PCC floor including spreading, levelling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) The sand cushion must not contain stone/ others hard or uneven matters. (2) No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying Machine pressed precast concrete Rubber moulded interlocking paver block using grey cement and pigment and of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm spread thickness Sub-base with (Kankar or laterite) broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair face of brick finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly pastered or previously un-treated wall surface and applying three coat of white wash on complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC pipes, class NP3, 300mm bore laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling & consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface with 8 to 12 ton power roller and filling depression which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete etc all as specified and directed

M & L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7- 1.0 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/ WMM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags remove all loose dirts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bituminous Premixed Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade-I in single layer of 150mm each (grading and physical requirement as specified Table 400-1 and 400-2 respectively of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013) over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-2 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, complete all as specified and directed.

MA&L for laying and compacting 75 mm thick compacted thickness ) of Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM) in single layers manufactured in WMM paint (Physical requirement and grading as per table 400-12 and 400-13 respectively of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works) , Material comprising of clean , crushed , graded aggregate and Granualar material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading using Mechanical pavor including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100KN static weight for acheiving required compaction density of atleast 98 % of maximum dry density’ and rolled consolidated to required gradient and camber complete as specified If water absorption value of coarse aggregate is greater that 2% the soundness test shall be catered out on the material delevered at site as per IS 2386 (Part-V). The finished surface tolerances as per as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work all as specified and directed,

M&L for providing and consolidating 50 mm thick Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading II) using min 4.5% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500-10 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick in a single layer of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cemen content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by Mechanical paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of thickness 25 cm or less and having minimum 28 days field texural strength of 40 kg/Sq cm having aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15:2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard, strong, dense non-porus and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone and combination of both, using minimum 400Kg/cum of cement content with non circular synthetic fibre (fibres shall be as per specifications given by E-in-C's Branch). Rate of dosage of fibres as specified by manufactrer PQC laid, spread and compacted by using screed & plate vibrator and steel channels for form work on both side with proper depth including during and tinning by Texturing cum curing Machine / brush brooming complete all as specified and directed Required surface texturing to be made as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC 15:2017 all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack/ sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and and transverse joints at ends as minimum 300mm, minimum standered available and as approved by GE without joints, manufactured by multilayer technology using 100% vergin raw materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint 65mm deep 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade `B' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed
