PRIME COST SUM

Design, supply, installation and testing of 04 (Four) Nos mild steel motorised sliding gate for 6.00mtr opening as per manufactrurer as approved by GE. The each sliding gate shall consists of two panels, each panel shall be 4.00 m in length and 2.50m in ht of MS hollow section( vertical spacing @ 100 mm centre to centre and horizontalmambers @ 1.25m centre to centre) with bottom rail of MS ISCR-50 section and SS rollers of SS Gde-316, for sliding arrangement and 02 Nos Nylon roller on each guilding post to hold the sliding gate in position while opening and closing agaisnt any lateral movement complete all as specified and directed. The manufacturers specification also to be included for smooth functioning of Gate: (a) Gate should be accessible with electronic control panel with integrated manual all weather switch panel for heavy duty operations. ( b ) Easy key lock release through removable cover opening. (c) Internal provision of sensors for smooth operations during opening and closing of the gate. (d) Gate should have a rugged and powerful gear motor in each leaf of gate operated on 230V main power supply, for smooth operation of the gate alongwith its counter-weight. (e) Gate should have suitable opening/closing speed as per manufacturers specifications. (f) Gate should be operated manually in case of power faulure by key oeprating system

(g) independent outdoor panel boards for on/off operations of the gate to be provided for each leaf of gate. (g) Foundation shall br RCC M-25 (Design Mix) for footing & column pedestal. (h) All MS work shall be painted with two coat of syntetetic enamel paint over a coat og primer. Note: (i) Drawings of MS gate as provided by the manufactrurer will be first approved by users through GE and then forwarded to IIT for structural soundness vetting. (ii) Submission of 07 sets of Design calculation/details and drawings of motorised slinding gate complete with electric motor, control gear box and panel etc. duly vetted by IIT in soft copy as well as in hard copy on tracing papers. (iii) Amount inserted is approximate for 04 (four) nos gates and contractor shall quote their percentage over it. Payment will be made as per actual expenditure incurred by contractor enhanced by percentage quoted by the contractor. If percentage quoted by the contractor is more than 15%, it will be considred only 15% i.e. payment will be made by enhancing actual exenditure by 15% only. (iv) Quantities of fondation to be paid as per SSR-2020 Part-II and percentage quoted by contractor shall apply on SSR -2020 Part-II. (v) Quantities other than fondation like MS gates including SS 316 rollers, nylon rollers, other connecting items etc. and motors will be paid based on lowest market quotation & purchase voucher. (vi) Contractor may work out amount as per the percentage which they want to quote and fill up amount in Column No 7 of BOQ.

“Supply lowering testing and commissioning energy efficient submersible pump set complete of suitable discharge rating, 30 mtr head with suitable cap of electric motor but not less than 10HP capacity, electric driven 415 volt or nearest higher rating with stainless steel body and SS impleller complete all as specified and directed.” NOTE:- (i) Amount inserted is approximate and contractor shall quote their percentage over it. Payment will be made as per actual expenditure incurred by contractor enhanced by percentage quoted by the contractor. ROAD, PATH , HARDSTANDIGN & CULVERT WORK

Filling the excavated portion with good earth obtained from excavation mixed with cement @3 % by weight ofearth, including rooling & conolidatting formation surfaces to achieve 98% modified proctor density in cutting/filling with 8 to 10 tonne power roller includign filling in depressions which occur during the process of rolling to required level, gradiant, camber and super-elevation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F double legged informatory sign board of size 1.20 M X 1.20 M fixed on single frame , both side and meeting back to back on the stain less steel 50 mm square pipe . The boards are of high intensity grade reto-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alcoband sheet/ aluminium sheet confirming to IS 736 , colour as approved by Engr in Charge on stain less steel squre pipe of size 50x50x3.65 mm square pipe with nut and bolt . The lettering will be computerised cut of high Intensity gradewhite sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) and mechanically fixed on board over vertical post of 50 mm stain less steel square pipe,3.65 mm thick 3.20 M long having 2 nos flat iron strip of 40x5 mm.0.30m long on bottom and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 in post holes of size 0.45x0.45x0.75 m complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for Trial bore holes of 200 mm dia in any type of soil/starta including hard stone boulders by means of direct rotary method as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Drilling, reaming and enlargement of trial bore dug under item srl no.1 here-in-before upto 525 mm dia bore below existing ground level by means of direct rotary method upto and including:-

(a) upto 60 mtr depth

(b) Below 60mtr and upto 130 mtr depth.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position of ERW MS seam less plain end casing pipe 200 mm dia (Nominal size) of 5.4 mm wall thickness as per IS-4270: 2000 welded with coupler ring (welding to be done through out the circumference of the pipe and coupler ring both sides) all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position of ERW MS seam less plain end slotted 200 mm dia (Nominal size) of 7.04 mm wall thickness having slot of 1.59 mm wide 3" long assembled and lowered as per location including cutting welding as required complete all as specified and directed.

Electro logging by means of electric logger of the complete tube well of 525 mm dia and submission of report alongwith its interpretation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and packing with Pea gravel of 3.35 mm to 4.75 mm size as per IS-4097:2008 approved quality as ordered to packed around the casing and slotted pipe in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of well cap of 200 mm dia size with locking arrangement on top of casing pipe all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Yield test of bore well by continuosly pumping for to determine safe pumping yield by V-notch method in presence of rep of AO complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp 90 cm long 20 cm wide out of 20 mm thick MS plate for 200 mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS bolts, nuts and washers at ground level in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in block complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning & of transformer step down outdoor type 11 KV/433 volts three phase 50 Hz, 160 KVA capacity core type double copper wound oil immersed , naturally cooled, oil natural- Air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connected to secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector group Dyn 11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tappings at ± 7.5% in steps of 2.5 % on HV side to be changed by the means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. Max losses at 50 % load shall not exceed 570 watt and max losses at 100% load shall not exceed 1700 watt. The max temperature rise should not exceed 35°C in oil and 45°C in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40°C. The panel should have angle iron support of size 50x50x6 mm with 4 legs of 750 mm long (300 mm grouted in PCC and 450 mm above GL) on the base all around including PCC foundation support , well finishing with cement mortar.Comprising of the following switchgear and accessories are as under:- ( FPB-05 )

Note for item no 9.03 to 9.13- (i) All MCCB shall be with adjustable Thermal magnetic setting (TMD). (ii) The borad shall be epoxy polyster powder coated with structure siemens gray shade RAL-7035(iii) Sheet metal works shall be processed with nine tank process i.e. degreasing, water rinsing, activation, derusting, water rinsing, phosphating, water rinsing, passivation and water drying.(iv)Busbar shall be of electrolytic grade aluminium and shall be insulated with Red, Yellow, Blue and black colour heat shrinkable PVC sleeves.(v) Earth bus shall run throughout the length of the panel at the bottom of the panel.(vi) Each feeder shall be provided with individual inscription plate made out of black anodized Al/polycarbonate sheet with engraved/painted letters. (vii)Power switches/MCCB's will be provided with door operating mechanism, door interlock and padlocking feature.(viii ) Danger notice board with conventional skull & bone sign in postman red to be provided on front & rare side.(ix) All incoming & outgoing feeder shall be provided with cable glands at entry & exit of cable.(x) all MCCB's to be provided with rotary operating handle.

M&L street light bracket made out from GI Pipe 32 mm bore, light grade, 1.2 m long bent to shape including fixing 02 set of clamp made out from MS Flats of size 25x5 mm complete with nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed .

S&F non metallic junction box made out of thermoplastic of size 250x250x160 mm for street light poles with connector for connection incoming and outgoing cables including provn of 01 No MCB SP 2.5 Amp to control the pole light circuit including 04 x aluminium bus bars strips 150x30x3mm of size mounting on the insulator and fixing clamp made of FI 25x3 mm with back strip with suitable nut, bolts and washers including suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC insulated copper wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core for street light fitting from juction box to fitting comple along with suitable clamps all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic street light switch using infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street light. Nature switch operating should be based on Nature switch lux level required illuminare level for switching ON is < 30 lux and for switching Off > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night opeation facility for 4,5,6....11 & 12 hours. The sensor alongwith suitable power contactor, Incoming outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC juction box confirming to IP54.Timer should also have provision of auto/manual toggle switch. The circuit should be suitable to the three phase load of 6 KW with contactors (3 Nos) & incoming-outgoing MCBs (3 Nos each) rating of 20-25 Amps & circuit wiring of minimum 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F static discharge system made from 600X600X3.15mm thick copper plate in floor with 04 Nos 15mm dia and 100mm long MS bolts and nuts and handle made of 20 mm dia copper rod 300mm long made 'U' shape and grouted in wall incl connected with earth plate with copper strip 20X3mm size complete.

M&L for Construction of platform with steps for transformer of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 mtr with following speifications:- (a) Earth work in soft/loose soil. (b) 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as lean concrete in foundation. (c) Brick work with sub class 'B' brick built in cement mortar 1:4. (d) 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using 20 mm graded aggregate over brick platform. (e) Chain link fencing post of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm of height 1.80 mtr at 2 mtr c/c around brick platform including excavation and earth work 30 cm embedded portion of angle iron in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm. (f) Chain link fencing of height 1.8 mtr made out of GI wire not less than 3mm and pitch not more than 75mm (g) Angle iron gate using 40 x 40 x 6 m angle iron of size 2 x 1.5 m with vertical flat 25 x 6 mm @ 10 cm c/c including hanging & locking arrangement. (h) 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick masonary platform. (j) All exposed surfaces of steel work shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (k) Stair case of brick masonary for easy access to the platform.

Supply & fixing HT lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 KA suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

FENCING

S&F for 1000mm dia Punched tape concertina coil any type coil size of any type of standards,rails etc including provision of mild steel(annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Notice board of size 0.90 M x 1.20 M complete with following specifications: (i) Flocked fabric (velvet) of approved colour over soft board core of thickness 6mm for pinning up notice and information (ii) Anodised aluminium frame for board and top cover. (iii) Transparent acrylic sheet in top cover (iv) Single coninious hinge swing type top cover (v) Flush mount locking arrangement with 02 sets of keys. (vi) Concealed holes or brackets on corners for mounting the board on wall.
