| - | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase, 50 Hz, 100 KVA capacity transformer of latest approved level, step down, outdoor type, 11000/433 Volts (at no load) all as per IS 1180 (Part-1): 2014, copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, ONAN cooling, core type, delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary (LV) side and having tappings in equal steps of 2.5% from (+) 2.5% to (-) 5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to change/correct LT voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary/standard fittings, all as per latest IEC 76 amendments and Energy Efficiency Level-2 Transformer as per IS 1180 (Part-1): 2014 complete as specified and as directed, comprising of the following accessories:
(a) The core shall be stack/wound type of high grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented steel (IS 3024) or Amorphous Core annealed steel lamination having low loss and good grain properties, coated with hot oil proof inter layer insulation of Nomex / Epoxy dotted Kraft Paper, bolted together and to the frames firmly to prevent vibration or noise. The core shall be stress relieved by annealing under inert atmosphere if required. The complete design of core must ensure no load/ core loss should be minimum with continuous working of the transformers. LV winding shall be such that neutral formation will be at top making it more connection convenient.
(b) The maximum allowable losses at 75°C for 11/0.433 kV at 50% of rated load and total losses at 100% of rated load shall not exceed the maximum total loss of 475 Watts and 1650 Watts respectively without any positive tolerance, all as per specified in IS-1180 (Part-1): 2014.
(c) The percentage impedance of transformer at 75°C for 250 KVA shall be 4.5 percentage as per Table 3 of IS-1180 (Part-1): 2014.
(d) The rated Basic Insulation Level (BIL) shall be 75 KVp as per Table 2 of IS-1180 (Part-1): 2014. | 1 | Each | - | - |
