Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded Material, Spreeding in Uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 mm to 45 mm sizes to water bound macadam (WBM II) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm to 22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam (WBM III) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(WBM III)

Cement Concrete Pavement: Construction of un-reinforceced ,dowel jointed at expansion and consruction joint only, plai cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design ,over a prepaired sub base withh 43 grade cement or any other type as per clouse 1501 .2.2. M-30 grade corse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregates not exeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum. capacity and apropreate weigh batcher using approoved mix design laid in a approoved fixed site form work (steel chanel ) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing ,speading the concrete with shovels rackes, compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous oparation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction jointes, applying debonding strips, primer,sealant dowel bars ,near aproches to bridge /culvert and construction joints admixtures as approoved curing of concrete slab for 14 days.using curing compounds(where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Providing and applying primer coat with Slow Setting bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.700 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.20 mm aggregates (Dalla aggregate) using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type c as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat Type C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with crushed stone chipping of 6.7 mm size defined as 100 % passing through 9.5 mm sieve & 100 % retained on 2.36 mm sieve applied @ 0.09 cum / 10 sqm & Bitumen VG-10 @ 6.50 kg / 10 sqm on bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1
