CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) :- M & L for removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe including material & labour for conversion into Charpoy GI pipe plywood top by providing plywood commericial 12mm thick BWR grade ISI marked including two nos MS flat iron size 900x40x5mm fixed with four nos carriage bolts with nuts and washer to the both side of long rails, Plywood shall be fixed on the top of charpoy frame with total 08 Nos carriage bolts with nut and washer including flat iron bolt, 50mm long and 6mm dia by providing suitable holes in the GI pipe . Edges of the plywood shall be rounded and smoothed by applying emery paper. Frame of charpoy shall be fully screwed /replaced the unserviceable parts before fixing the ply top. Rest all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : Long rail : Re- threading and fixing with elbow after removing and cutting the long rail wherever required all as shown on drg and as directed . Threading shall be done 22mm long at one end and 52mm long at other end and re-assembling of GI charpoy as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : Short rail : Re- threading and fixing with elbow after removing and cutting the short rail wherever required all as shown on drg and as directed . Threading shall be done 22mm long at each end and re-assembling of GI charpoy as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : Leg : Re- threading and fixing with elbow after removing and cutting the leg wherever required all as shown on drg and as directed . Threading shall be done 22mm long at one end and re-assembling of GI charpoy as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) :- M&L for removing old unserviceable long rail from GI pipe Charpoy and supply and fixing new long rail of size 1884mm long made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe duly threaded one side upto 22mm long at end and other side to 52mm long and re-assembling of GI charpoys after replacement of unserviceable long rail complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - 1. The items includes threading both sides in new long rail also. 2. Old unserviceable long rail obtained shall be reused in Item No 6 below.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : Converting long rail into short rail (Obtain from item Sl No 5 above) here-in-before and fixed to Charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long both side end as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 1. Old unserviceable short rail obtained shall be reused in Item No 7 below.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : Converting short rail into leg (obtain from Sl No 6) here-in-before and fixed complete to Charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long of the leg as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : M & L for replacement of GI elbow three way of size 32mm bore with new ISI mark GI elbow (weight not less than 420 gms each) & re-assembling of GI charpoys after replacement of broken elbow complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : M & L for replacement of broken GI check nuts of size 32mm bore with new check nuts of approved quality complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : M & L for replacement of 3mm thick MS sheet by welding to bottom of GI legs as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) : M & L for replacement of broken MS clamps FI 25mmx3mm made to shape & welded with legs duly painted with black paint all as directed.
