Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding New work (Three or more coats)

P&F steel grating and grills made of angles, tees, squar bars, or other flates, black pipes with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting, welding and fabrication with priming coats of red oxide.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give even shade new steel work (two or more coats)

P&F cement concrete coping 1:2:4 mix. 50 mm thick as per specification

Providing and laying cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete using stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size (hand broken ) in foundation plinth, excluding the cost of shuttering , using :M - 15 graded mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grade stone aggregate)
