(N.S Items) Construction of Guru Ravidas Bhawan and Museum at Sector-33, HSVP, Kurukshetra, Haryana, on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis having a Construction of 38m high Guru Ravidas Statue with bronze finish on a pedestal of 7m , Central Waterfall Feature including operation and maintenance for three years, Main Building (Ground plus 2 Floors, Pergolas etc.), Auditorium of 215 seating capacity,Café, Administration area, Library, Gallery area, Gurbani hall Meditation Hall, Stilt Parking, globe shaped roof Spaceframe/tubular structures, Podium works and ancillary structures: Boundary wall, Entrance Gates, UGT/Subbstation room, services, guard rooms, Interior Works including Wall Paneling and Flooring, Acoustic Treatment and ELV system for the complex and Façade works (cladding, glazing): Development of internal and external services including Public Health (PH) Services with 1 no. Deep Tubewell with complete machinery and Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) Wells, Bulk Electrical Services, Internal Electrical Fans and Fittings, Lifts (4Passenger and 4Goods) and 2 outdoor Escalators, Sub-station equipments, DG Sets, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), CCTV, LAN/WAN/EPABX, Boom Barriers, Access Control system, Fire alarm and firefighting, HVAC (VRV System), Kitchen Ventilation and Mechanical Ventilation, Renewable energy system (Roof and Parking Solar Power), Water Treatment (RO/WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Signages and internal specialised focus lighting/Decorative lighting/Street/Façade/Landscape Lighting: Site Development with earth filling in complete area, Horticulture, internal bituminous roads, HDPE grass paver road and footpath etc.: Scope includes Soil Investigation, Topographical Survey, Structural Design, MEP design vetting from IITs, obtaining GRIHA Rating (4 Star) including accreditation fees to GRIHA, including testing commissioning at Kurukshetra Haryana complete in all respect. All works shall be executed as per CPWD Specifications unless otherwise specified, and shall be completed in all respects including arranging statutory approvals payable to other deptt., along with operation and maintenance of all components during the 3-year Defect Liability Period. NOTE-I: All statutory fees required fpor obtaining mandatory approvals or certificate shall be paid by the Contractor in the first instance and shall be reimbursed only upon submission of original receipts and verification. NOTE-2: All vetting charges, QA/QC testing charges and all fees related to securing GRIHA accreditation including any associated statutory fees shall be borne exclusively by the contractor and shall not be reimbursable.
