Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength including laying at site, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum Note:- Cement content considered in this item is minimum @220 kg/cum. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of design mix specifiy more than @ 220 kg/cum
Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum Note:- Cement content considered in this item is minimum @300 kg/cum. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of design mix specifiy more than @ 300 kg/cum
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S. tube having weight 5.10 Kg/mtr on Six places out of four in vertcally and two in horizentaly as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Pipe,steel reinforcement, steel centering, and shuttering, hoisting, loading , unloading placing in places where required etc. complete)

Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Markers which shall be made of combination of tough, high impact resistant molded thermoplastic body along with florescent yellow color retro-reflective type XI sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 285 square mm and with rebound property. The reflective sheeting should confirm to Type XI Florescent Yellow sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-11. The flexible median marker shall have overall height of minimum 180 mm, body thickness of minimum 2mm and shank depth of minimum 30mm. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The edge of sheeting should not come out easily by putting nails, sharp objects etc. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body. The plastics used for the molding the flexible median marker shall have a minimum notched Izod Impact strength value of 4.11J/cm (@thickness 3.17mm) at room temperature, tested in accordance with ASTM D256. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get damaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intentionally or unintentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both sides without breakage or damage. The product shall be provided with 3 year outdoor weathering report as per ASTM & IRC Standards & 10 year warranty confirmation as per IRC 67:2012 standards for the reflective sheeting used in product. The product shall have accreditation with IRC.
