To qualify for the award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of Earthwork Excavation/Subgrade/Embankment- 858.56 Cum ,WMM/WBM-724.50 Cum, Asphalt BM/SDBC-587.25

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 satisfactorily completed at least 50 percent of thecontract value asprime contractor at least one similar work such as Asphalt Road Work of value not lessthan Rs 54.04 Lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. Achieved in at least Two Financial years a Minimum annual financial turnover Rs. 216.16 Lakhs (Turnover certificate without UDIN number is Treated Non Responsive)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 54.04 lakhs (in prescribed format)(credit lines/letter of credit/certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc in prescribed format otherwise tender will be rejected)

The EMD of Rs. 2,00,000.00 shall be paid in full through e-payment or in two parts Part (1)Rs. 1,00,000.00 by e-payment part (2) 1,00,000.00 in the form of BG to be upload

The tenderer should be a PWD Registered class III & above Contractor

Qualification and experience of the key Technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if awarded

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Conditional LOC are not Acceptable

Evidence of access to financial resources to meet the qualification requirement specified in ITT 3.3b: cash on hand letter of credit etc.

Any deviation / error / mistake found in units of items they should be read as in the unified SR 2023-24 and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.

Star rates are not applicable

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate (a) As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments /machinery for execution of the work . However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt-11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification.
