Taking down the geyser of 25/50 ltr capacities from the site after disconnecting the water connection, electric connection, opening the geyser assembly and descalling deposited in the inner container and outlet water pipe set complete all as directed. (Note:- Replacement of Unserviceable bolts, rubber real, ring nuts, washers to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer. However supply & fix or material & labour for GI fittings and other connected works shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule ‘A’ here in after).

Fixing of geyser of any capacity (25/50 ltr) after repair of necessary works complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair outer cover of 25 ltr capacity geyser fabricated out of 24 gauge mild steel sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer inside and outside cover of any type of geyser as per sample kept in office complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore PVC connection 450 mm long, suitable for hot/cold water supply complete with 2 Nos chromium plated brass nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Zebra fastener of size 12x100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of bottom cover for geyser in two pieces made of GI sheet in required/existing size and shape suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser including painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing neon indicator lamp for geysers 25/50 Ltr capacity all as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glass wool after removing the existing unserviceable glass wool in between the inner and outer container of geyser of any cap and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix (in repairs) of flexible copper lead 3 core of size 40/0.0076 complete and making electric connections etc. in geyser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of ceiling fans including rewinding of burnt coils of ceiling fans with super enamalled copper winding wire for ceiling fan 1200 /1400mm, AC 230 volts including greasing, oiling, fitting/reassembling of fan ,including minor accessories like split pin, MS check nut and condensor holder, rubber reel of suitable size, MS nut bolt 50mm long 8mm dia etc required for making serviceable running condition including PVC flexible copper twin core 23/0.0076 size with a gurantee for one year complete all as specified and directed. Make of winding wire:- ATLAS/HTP/BIC. Note:- Re-winding & repair work will be carried out in AGE E/M-II (S) store yard.

Supply only blade for ceiling fan made out of alluminium heavy duty as per sample suitable for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fans for the make of ceiling fan fixed at site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan including blades of any description by appyling one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including writing MES Nos and preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for servicing including rewinding of Exhaust fans burnt coils with enamalled copper winding wire for exhaust fans 230 Volts 300/400/450 mm sweep, including minor accessories like MS screw of suitable size, MS nut bolt, PVC flexible copper wire etc required for making serviceable in running condition with a gurantee for two year complete all as specified an directed. Make of winding wire :- ATLAS / HTP/BIC.

Material and labour for servicing of window / split type AC of 2 Ton capacity including washing condensor, cooling unit, cleaning of air filter and refixing the same after repair including testing and commmissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Taking down carefuly the hermetically rotary sealed compressor unit from window type/Split type Air conditioner and replacing it after repair with factory repaired from the authorised dealer gas charging complete in all respect and testing at required pressure after re-installing at site including replacement of mounting rubber bushes, nut bolts etc and testing after installation of capacity 2 TR Note : Gas charging with refrigerant R-22/R-134 of Air conditioner will be measured & paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for charging of gas R-22/R-134 type in AC with required quantity after testing flushing complete system against leakage etc (as required on site) complete all as specified & directed.
