Preparation of subgrade and placement of lining with insitu M15 grade Plain Cement Concrete using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 20 mm to IS specified grading mixed in mixer machine including dewatering the placement site, laying the concrete for 75mm thick, compacting and using wooden or steel plate to obtain the required curve of the haunch and finishing the top surface of canal including cost of all materials laying them and consolidation with wooden rammers of 3000 x 100 x 150mm and curing complete to attain the profile and strength as specified for various depths and heights below and above G.L. as directed by the Engineer complying with specifications. Transverse construction joints shall be provided at 3m c/c.

Providing no fine concrete 7.5 cm thick insides of the lining using hard broken stone jelly of size 20 mm and cement in ratio 1:3 (One parts cement and three parts aggregate) without using sand etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and filling with sealant material in contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 3.0m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specifications as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. Providing construction / contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing, Mastic / tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04kg of asphalt and 1.39 m2 masticpad required for 1Rm ) @ vertical joints in side of wall in required sizes as specified in the drawings and specification etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (for Retaining wall)

Providing construction / contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing, Mastic / tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04kg of asphalt and 0.45m2 masticpad required for 1Rm ) @ vertical joints in side of wall in required sizes as specified in the drawings and specification etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (for Raising wall)

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position of various depths and heights below and abvoe ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (one part cement and four parts m-sand) using new hard rough stones and bond stones including new bond stone for various depths and heights below and above ground level with all leads and lifts including simultaneous flush pointing of the exposed surface with the same mortar with all incidental charges such as mixing, scaffolding, curring, finishing etc. so as to attain the required profile and strength as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The top beam to be made out of 200 x 100 mm R.S joist 2 nos to a width of shutter plus 0.60mm to a width of shutter plus 0.30mm for bearing, screwgearing arrengements to be made using 80mm dia M.S shaft to arequired height duly threaded with capstain head arrengements (heavy type) with ball bearing arrengements suitable to operate the screwgearing rod with operating key. Necessary bed bolts and fishplates to be provided for anchorage arrengements to place the R.S joist in position. All the components to be painted with two coats of A.C black paint over one coat of quality red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
