Providing and laying P.C.C (1:3:6) in foundation, floors using 4cm size Hard Granite Metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying, compacting concrete including watering and curing with cost conveyance, royalty,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in foundation withcement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using fly ash bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade in foundation using 20mm down graded hard black granite Crusher broken aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing hoisting lowering laying compacting concrete using concrete mixer, vibrator watering and curing for and necessary centering and shuttering for smoth finishing of work (Excluding cost of reinforcement & binding wires to be used in the work) as per relevant clauses of section 1700 of MORT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of all machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.A. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Providing 16 mm thick Cement Plaster with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Finishing wall surfaces with Weather seal coat of two coats over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new works two coats to give an even shade over prepared surfaces including watering and curing with cost and conveyance royalty of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of all types of MS Doors / Gates made of ISI marked standard MS Angles of approved thickness and quality of approved Manufacturers with all required iron and aluminum fittings, including mending to sizes supplying and fixing hinged cleats, sand blocks and fixing of oxidized iron or chromium plated iron aldrops, tower bolts, knobs or rings or handles, hinges, screws and other fittings, etc. complete as per requirement including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Painting Two coats with any approved Enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer over new iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Providing supplying fitting and fixing vetrified tiles in dadoes skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) jointed to neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shades of tiles including fixing tiles to proper slope / level mending sizes sizes including cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges and royality of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling of surplus excavated earth at work site by initial lead of 50m and initial lift 1.5m including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
