The Intending Bidder should have executed Power transmission line with capacity 11KV or above for the length of 4.8KM in a single year during the last five years (2020-21to2024-25).TheworkdonecertificateshouldbeobtaineddulysignedfromanOfficer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division. otherwise it shall be issued / counter signed by Superintending Engineer (if the work is done in other states)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90 percent of the contractvalue), at least one similar nature of work such as Construction Lift irrigation Scheme/Watersupply Scheme through piped network of value not less than Rs. 1288.78 Lakhs duringthe Last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The value ofthe completed work shall be given aweight of 10 percent Per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2025-26. The work donecertificate should be obtained duly Signed from an Officer not below the rank ofExecutive Engineer of the concerned division

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B), Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years (2 years) prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 2years (24 Calendar months) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.2062.05 Lakhs.(Financial Turn over of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2025-26).

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.758.95 Lakhs (Credit lines / Letter of credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc
