Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it is a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings , runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at requiredlocations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Thepayment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done)

Dismandling the damaged portion of RCC beams, columns and ceiling without affecting the adjecent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100 mts away from the building Rate quoted does not including cost of providing scaffolding.

Clearing the exposed RCC surfaces throughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing the rust and seal from exposed raffters and providing anticorrosive primer Zinc Rich coating CERA ZINC ZR and clering the surface for acequate PH using phenoiphthalein indicator.

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface of brick surface as per Manufactures mix and application specification.

Providing ement plastering 1:3 over the dismandled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20 mm with Cement mortar mixed with CERA MICRO SEAL @500 gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted including cost of sand and admixture but excludes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding.

Providing cement plastering 1:4 over the exposed brick work of thickness 12.16mm cement mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL AT 600 gms per bag of cement Rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excludes cost of cement and providing scaffolding.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
