STONE SOLING: Providing and laying of hand packed stone soling (size 150 mm-230mm), before laying of mud mat, compacted, consolidated, rammed and filling the voids with fine sand - all complete incl carriage upto site of work with all head loads.

MUDMAT: Cast-in-situ of concrete work of nominal mix concrete M7.5 grade (1:4:8) nominal maximum size of stone aggregate 40mm volumetric batching in foundation trenches and ground floor, including curing but excluding formwork costs.

MASS CONCRETE: Providing and laying mass concrete1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in Below Ground and Above Grouns Plinth retaining walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with

CAST-IN-SITU DESIGN MIX M25: Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work,using cement content as per approved design mix,incluyding pumping of concrete to site laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportiond as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable seperately all works Below Plinth Levl / Above Plinth Level upto level V (AGL/BGL).

FORM WORK: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork from the site, for all works from foundations, to roof level.

PLINTH FILLING: Supplying and filling in plinth with GSB/ Second class sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

BACK FILLING: Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m..

STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding - all complete from foundation to roof level of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or higher.

STRUCTURAL STEEL:Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. plates, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer also included.

ANCHOR BOLTS: Providing and fixing bolts including nuts, washers complete job.

Providing and fixing plannes eaves boarding (300mm x 40mm )( nominal size) second class kail wood fixed with screws etc, including all carraiges .All job completed

Providing and fixing 20mm thick wooden planks ceiling (frame work for base to be paid for separately) with M.S. screws 1st class kail wood

Providing and fixing Track deck CRIL make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute inside Lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminium (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminium coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self-drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc (.measured for unit of laid area) (0.50 mm thickness )

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges / Valley (500 - 600mm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge: :3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m. (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) : From brick work in cement mortar

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of : G.S. Sheet

Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site work and all extra charges including dewatering if any during the execution of work till complete in all respects.
