Material and labour for leakage detection of chiller and condensor pipe lines by charging dry Nitrogen Gas and with standing pressure for 24 hours, rectification of leakages, evacuation of the system as per manufacturer’s instruction for capa city of 3x115 TR AC plant at HQ CAMS complete all as specified and as directed. 01 each job. Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of Nitrogen gas, charges for T&P and empty cylinders. Supply & top up Refrigerator Gas R-134A complete all as specified & as directed - 61 Kg. M & L for V-belt for AHU blower motor and compressor motor of existing size complete all as specified and as directed. - 04 Each. Supply & Fixing power contactor, 70 Amps triple pole(TP), AC 3 duty complete. all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T/ABB/Siemens - 02 Each. Supply and fixing in replacement of AHU Shaft bearing No. P-207/ P-208 or exis ting size as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. - 02 Each. Supply and fixing in repairs Expansion valve driver for compressor of capa city 115 TR complete all as specified and as directed. - 02 Each. Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Rubber Tyre Coupling (TC-19/ TC -14 / TC-13) set for chiller / condensor pump motor complete all as specified and as directed. - 02 Each. Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective Monoblock Pump set of cap 7.5/ 10 HP Capacity and repair/ replacement of bushings,worn out nuts, bolts washers, gaskets, gland etc and positioning the pump set and connecting up in existing position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. - 02 Each Job. Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective centrifugal pump of capacity 30 HP of Central AC Plant, opening the pump, checking the impeller for any defects rectifying the defects, replace the worn out baring of the impeller, stuffing box, back plates, gland packing mechanical seal and rus ted nut, bolts etc assembling properly, greasing all movable parts and connecting up in existing position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. - 02 Each Job M&L labour for taking out the existing unserviceable PCB of the Central Type AC Plant of capacity 115 TR of make Voltas, transporting to authorised repair work shop carrying out the necessary repair re-assembling with the control panel of AC plant testing for staisfactory working complete all as specified and as directed
