01 - Remaining Construction of Sports Stadium at Arniyapanth, Distt. Chittorgarh (DMFT Scheme) RISK and COST

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Compaction of original ground with maximum of six passes of 8-10 tonnes power roller including filling depression occurring during rolling (MoRTH specification : clause 305.3.4)

Construction of embankment with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with lead upto 1 km as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 305.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil

Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc.Good soil of earth

Spreading of manure , good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately )

Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub- base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. By Mix in Place Method Grading-III

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc .Complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level using crusher broken aggregate1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix Add extra for providing richer mixes respectively at all floor levelsProviding M-25 grade concrete by using cement as per codal provision instead of M-20 grade design mix.
