Taking up or down old cast iron water mains of size 250mm bore including all fittings and joints from its position (trenches/walls/floor) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old cast iron water mains of size 200mm bore including all fittings and joints from its position (trenches/walls/floor) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing of ductile iron pipes of 250mm bore with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8329 : 2000, suitable for push on rubber joint centrifugally cast, class (K-9), inner side cement lining and outer side black bitumen coating and any length, laid in trenches or fixed in floors or on walls including push on rubber (EPDM) ring with ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of Ductile iron fitting such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of suitable size.

Taking out defective sluice/reflux valves of size 250 mm dia, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective sluice/reflux valves of size 200 mm dia, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 250 mm dia CI Sluice valve with flanged ends as per IS-14846 PN-1.6 including stainless steel spindle and wheel, ISI marked with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron reflux valves with bypass arrangement suitable for DI pipe of 250mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 200 mm dia CI Sluice valve with flanged ends as per IS-14846 PN-1.6 including stainless steel spindle and wheel, ISI marked with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron reflux valves with bypass arrangement suitable for DI pipe of 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 50 mm bore cast iron air release valve conforming to IS 14845, with drilled flanged ends, pressure rating (PN-1.6) and tamper proof with two air outlets with nuts, bolts and washers including fixing up in DI pipe of size 200 mm bore and taking down/up old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) type D2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including forms and moulds complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for construction of PCC block masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (inner dimension) with precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 solid block set in CM (1:4) with PCC M-7.5 (Nominal mix) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation including 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) inside the valve pit and on external portion upto150mm below the ground level, 75mm thick RCC cover slab of 1:2:4(Nominal mix) type B1, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c and applying three coats of white wash on plastered surfaces after preparation and necessary earthwork in soft/loose soil, well ramming of soil around the constructed valve pit including dismantling old existing damaged valve pit complete all as per drawing No TD/EM/06, Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2 exept MS cover and as specified & directed.
