Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and similar and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, depth to embedded portion measured form the face of the jamb into the wall, exc half brick but n.exc one brick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,bed blocks, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Mild Steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, framed work of garbage bin, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde 165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total thickness including coating) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA with as in roof covering, cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make; JINDAL /INDALCO/HINDALCO/ASSOCIATED Profiles and Aluminium Ltd.

S & F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of false ceiling any description including cover fillets all as specified and as directed

S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling conforming to IS 733, IS 737 and IS 1285 including all ceiling cleats, 4 mm dia GI wire suspender with necessary main tee 35.00 x 23.50 x 1.50mm , cross tee and wall angle of size 23.50 x 23.50 x 1.5 mm with 605 x 605 mm grid system including 12mm thick gypsum board with all connected accessories suitably placed in false ceiling grid as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 3mm wall care putty on wall/ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for rendering 15mm thick (10 + 5) plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of the brick or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- (i) Water proofing powder shall be mixed in CM only with second coat i.e. 5mm thick. (ii) WPC will be measured & paid seperately as supplied only.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Scot No 1 /Parmo/Sepcil/Chemseal

M & L for 5mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surface of ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall /ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make:M/S SHALIMAR/M/S BERGER/M/S NEROLAC/M/S ASIAN (Tractor Brand)
