Renewal of corroded thinned out damaged M.S. plate with tinkering of the Lorry cabin rear side, engine bonnet, wheel Arch of both sides, cabin top light dooms of both side, Crash guard, strengthening the base, strengthening of the tipper body, and surface levelling by metal past and putty, metal filling the corroded exhaust pipe lines & silencer including cost of MS materials, consumables and T&P hire charges.
Cleaning the Complete surface of the lorry by using scrappers, emery sheets and wire brushes and the spray painting of lorry with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint with specified colours including the cost of primer and paint.
Relaying the damaged electrical wires connecting to start stop switch, indicator, switch, Head lamp, front & rear indicators, break light, cabin light, Horn, battery charging unit from alternator to Battery and dash board indicators by soldering, crimping & connecting and replacement of damaged indicator covers including materials, consumables & T&P hire charges.
Leaf spring tension, reconditioning and replacement of wornout leaf spring plates U clamp, pins, bush and sleeves, heating and bending accordingly and fixing including the cost of materials, consumables and T&P hire charges etc.,
Laying of Driver Cabin Top rexin liner.
Removing diesel tank from the vehicle from the vehicle, cleaning identifying the leak and welding and refixing the tank.
Supply and fixing of the speed control system and necessary certificate suitable for the heavy as per the norms of TN transport depot including speed control kid. Consumables & T& P hire charges.
Removing gear box from Tipper Lorry No.TMW 7957 TATA Benz 1210SC 10 tonne capacity Model 1977 Dismantling, cleaning, replacement of the defective material and refitting in the vehicle including material such top Gear shaft, Main shaft ball bearing, counter gear wheel bearing, counter gear wheel assembly, first gear wheel, main shaft oil seal, Top gear shaft Oil seal, spring ball set. Needle bearing, Gear box packing kit & RTV paste.
