Cement concrete M15 Grade with crushed granite coarse aggregarate 40mm down graded of approved quality mixed by concrete mixer and placing manually, compacting with vibrators including cost of all materials, labour charges with transportion of materials and placement within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m for mixed concrete complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade crushed granite coarse aggregarate 20mm down graded of approved quality mixed by concrete mixer and placing manually, compacting with vibrators including cost of all materials, labour charges with transportion of materials and placement within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m for mixed concrete complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting, straightening, coiled or bent up T. S. rod for R.C.C. work incl. bending, binding & tying the grills and placing in proper position with cost, conveyance,taxes of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and T.S. rod, cost of all labour & T&P etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RC.C. works including false works and dismentalling then after casting with cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials, cost of labour and T&P etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A) For plinth band ,column footing mass concrete and pre cast slabs A) R.C.C. foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete precast slabs etc

B) For beam and coloumn .

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly Ash Brick of size 25cmx12cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance plus minus 2% after immersing the bricks for six hours befour use incl.lowering, placing in position, watering and curing and cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of labour & T&P etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
