Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto lead of 20 mtrs in Pick and Jumper work.

Excavation in foundations in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil , lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with a lead of 20 mtrs. P/J Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cment:3 sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cment:4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts complete.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in: CM 1:6

Providing and fixing angle Iron posts 2.50m high 50X50X5mm and welding of wire mash of interlink chain with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Fixing and welding of wire mash of interlink chain of Size 100x100mm of 4mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Providing, fixing & welding of MS Flat 50x 5 mm with in all leads and lifts.

Painting one coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces under coat with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and Fixing MS Grill gate.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Suspended floors ,roofs,landing and shelves and their support, balconies ,beams, girders,bressumers and centileaver upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Lloors etc. upto 200mm. In thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.Tor steel with in all leads and lifts.

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls 10cm thick with solid block of approved size i/c quion block closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cment:3 sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) in CM 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Sand)

Providing and placing horizontal layer of filtering media. duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer Fine sand screened,cleaned washed and graded effective size 0.2 to 0.4mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source.

Second layer Coursed sand screened cleaned washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source.

Third layer Bajri (coarsed) screened washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm from approved source.

Fourth layer Bajri screened washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source.

Bottom layer Broken stone screened washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source.

Providing and Fixing CI manhole cover with frame having frame size of 500mm internal Dia (Medium duty) The Weight of the cover & Frame should not be less then 116 kg.

Laying ,Jointing & Testing in treanches GMS tube (MG) and tube fitting (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid seprately) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all fittings complete.
