Providing Maintenance services for Internal and External Electrical & Mechanical Installations of Terminal Building, i/c Operation & day to day check of Lift & Escalator installed in SHA & Arrival etc. by deploying adequate manpower as per the conditions of contract involving operation, repairs & maintenance / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all day including Sundays & Holidays.

Preparing the surface free from dirt and rust by scraping the street lights poles (Single/Double Bracket) and its fixtures not exceeding 5 mtr ht.i/c looping box etc. and painting one or more coats of superior quality aluminium paint or as approved by EIC and numbering after painting on the pole, embossing AAI logo but excluding the painting of cement collar etc complete as required.

Preparing the surface by removing the dirt and rust by scraping the Electric Panels (Indoor/outdoor Panels)/DBs/MS Pipes/ Support of fittings etc. and spray/brush painting with one or more coat of high gloss synthetic enamel paint of smoke gray or any other colour approved by EIC to give an even shade etc complete as per site requirement.

Precise detection of cable fault location & fault type of 1.1 KV grade LT cables of 3.5 Core 120 Sq.mm to 300 Sq. mm sizes with the help of Cable fault locator machine & other items as per site requirement etc complete as required.Note- Any provisions/aid required for cable fault detection & its precise location shall be made/arranged by the contractor.

Transportation charges (to & fro) of manpower & machine for cable fault detection services at Gaya Airport, Gaya

Supply of 105 watt ,6.6 Amp Bi-Pin halogen lamp with in-built holder & reflector having male Clips for Inset type Approach light fitting. (Make & Model: Osram-64339B / Philips-6105 )

Supply of 200 watt ,6.6 Amp Bi-Pin halogen lamp with in-built holder having male Clips suitable for Inset type Threshold light fitting. (Make & Model: Osram-64382 HLX C / same of Philips )

Provision of 01 no. 4- wheeler vehicle not less than 800 CC & not more than 5 years old i/c fuel & driver charges with all running expenses for day to day preventive & breakdown maintenance of E & M installations for min. 12 hr. per day restricted upto 1000 km in a month basis etc as required.

Execution of misc. items on requirement basis covered under CPWD Schedule of Rates (Electrical) 2018 except the items of this schedule [ If the agency wants to quote the rates at par with CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 then 1.00 should be written in the Column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% below to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 then 0.95 should be written in the column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% above to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 then 1.05 should be written in the column box of Rate. However contractor is free to quote the rates any percentage above / below or at par with the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018].Note- The quoted rate co-efficient shall be considered as EXCLUSIVE of GST and GST shall be paid extra as applicable
