Providing, fabricating, supplying, fixing and commissioning of Stainless Steel (SS-304) Ring Bracket/Clamp for mounting of misting system on existing pole with connection of pipeline, nozzle assembly and accessories. The ring bracket/clamp shall be manufactured from high-quality Stainless-Steel Grade SS-304 with inner dia 180 mm-190 mm and outer dia 900 mm. it should be corrosion resistant and suitable for outdoor atmospheric conditions. The bracket should have the provision of 6 outlet of 8mm to fix the cluster of nozzles 5 on each. Fabrication shall be neat, rigid and free from cracks, sharp edges, bends or manufacturing defects complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The system will feature a pre-treatment stage with multi-media and activated carbon filters to remove sediment, chlorine, and organic matter, ensuring the longevity of the membranes. It shall also include an anti-scalant dosing system to prevent membrane fouling. Post-treatment options, such as UV sterilization or ozonation, may be provided for disinfection purposes. The system shall be fully automated with a control panel for real-time monitoring, pressure gauges, flow meters, and safety features like low-pressure and highpressure switches, ensuring smooth operation and protection of the components. The frame should be made from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the entire system must be easy to maintain, energy-efficient, and compliant with international water treatment standards. Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories for installation etc. as required.

Providing, laying & jointing and commissioning of HDPE pipe of 63 MM OD PN 6 PE 100 conforming to IS:4984 :2000 and suitable for the respective working pressures with all Electrofusion fittings and accessories e.g. couplings, tees, bends, reducers, screwed adapters, flanged tail pieces etc. jointing as per manufacturers' instruction, including earth work in excavation and refilling (Earth work includes 450mm of soil cover over the pipe and width of 300mm).
