TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS AND MINOR WORKS IN ROCK VIEW AREA AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) PALAM DELHI CANTT-10

Contractor to insert their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II)-Rates. If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, '0' should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/ amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTE:- (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix 'A' to Notice of e-Tender. (ii) Amount inserted by MES under rate column and total amount refelected in this page is approximate and reference only. Being Term Contract, shall be priced at rates given in SSR Part-II 2020 (rates) and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the e-Tenderer on this account. (iii) The total work orders for various works/ services shall be placed during the contract period within the Net contract amount.
