Section-I: Supply of items (procurement of materials, manufacture, fabrication, inspection, shop testing, packing & safe delivery)

Supply of COMPRESSOR 50 Nm3/hr, discharge pressure of 7.5-8.0 Kg/cm2g (Normal, Maximum) at outlet, discharge air temp maximum 450C and 100 % Oil free Screw air compressor of stationary heavy-duty air-cooled complete with after cooler, safety valves, non-return valves, with direct driven electrical motor and lubricating oil pump with filter and oil coolers, dry type high efficiency air intake filter with silencer, instrumentation panel completely assembled on MS structural machined skid in totally enclosed, spares and as per technical specifications.

Supply of AIR DRIER 50 NCMH Refrigerated type Air Dryer for air compressors complete with all accessories, auxiliaries and as per technical specifications.

Fabrication, inspection, testing & supply of AIR RECEIVER 3M3 Air Receivers of Carbon steel construction with complete accessories like safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, vent & drain valves, automatic drain valve, foundation bolts & nuts, nozzles, flanges on nozzles, blind flanges for spare nozzles and as per technical specifications and GA drawings.

Supply of Pre filters as per following specification- Filter element: Borosilicate, Capacity: 100 CFM, End connection: 1 inch BSP, Particle removal: 1µ, Pressure loss not more than: 0.03 Kg(f)/Cm2, Maximum oil carryover: 5 mg/m3.

Supply of After filter/Fine filter as per following specification- Filter element: Borosilicate, Capacity: 100 CFM, End connection: 1 inch BSP, Particle removal: 0.01µ, Pressure loss not more than: 0.1 Kg(f)/Cm2, Maximum oil carryover: 0.01mg/m3.

Supply, inspection, testing of SS 304L Pipe, fittings and flanges as per technical specifications along with material test certificate.

Supply of Respiratory air manifold station with isolation valve, filter pressure regulator, distribution chamber, quick fit coupling, pipes, nipple & as per P&ID and technical specifications.

Supply, fabrication, installation and Epoxy painting of M.S. structural materials (angle/ channel / plate/ pipe / rod / fasteners/ E.P. etc.) for structural Support.

Section–II: procurement/ supply of consumables, handling, fabrication, welding, site installation, testing & commissioning of compressed air system as per drawings, technical specifications and site condition.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Oil free Screw Compressor with electrical works and GI ducting with acoustic thermal insulation.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Refrigerated Air drier with electrical works.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3M3Air receiver.

Installation of Pre filter, After filter/Fine filter.

Installation of valves, threaded/ flanged ends, size ranging from 8NB to 25NB.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Respiratory air manifolds

Laying & installation of pipes, fittings, valves, pressure gauge & air filter as per P&ID for compressed air system. Scope of item also covers Cleaning, pickling & passivation of all SS piping elements, fabrication of pipe bends in 5D with LPT of bends, hydrostatic pressure testing. Supply of all consumables are in scope of vendor.

Butt / Nozzle welding of SS pipe & fittings by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wire with Argon shielding & back purging, LPT of root & final pass of each weld joints, hydrostatic pressure testing as per piping layout drawings. Supply of all consumables are in vendor’s scope.

Flange/ Fillet/ Socket welding of SS pipe, fittings, flanges, etc. by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wire with Argon shielding & back purging, LPT of root & final pass of each weld joints, hydrostatic pressure testing as per piping layout drawings. Supply of all consumables are in vendor’s scope.
