ANNUAL TUBE WELL OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TUBE WELL AT VIDYUT NAGAR, HYDEL COLONY, VARANASI.

Operation of tube well daily by a suitable experienced operator continuously or in different intervals as per program fixed by Engineer-in-charge including opening and closing of valves, greesing of motor, changing of fuse wire etc. as required for proper running of tube well.

Opening and taking out of M.S. column pipes from tube well, including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work for maintenance of 20 HP Tubewell (80/65 mm dia)

Lowering of M.S. column pipe in tubewell including supply of nuts, and bolts, packing and also carriage of pipe from workshop to site including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (80/65 mm dia)

Providing and fixing 15 mm dia Jindal, JTC, ISI marked G.I. pipes complete with special such as bend, tee, socket, cross, clamp etc earth work including filling the trenches etc required for proper completion of the work. the rate also includes external GI fitting where required, cutting and making good the walls etc and all materials, labour and T&P complete.

Same as item no. 4 above but for 25 mm dia.

Same as item no. 4 above but for 32 mm dia.

Same as item no. 4 above but for 40 mm dia.

Same as item no. 4 above but for 50 mm dia.

Same as item no. 4 above but for 65 mm dia.

Same as item no. 4 above but for 80 mm dia.

Cleaning of R.C.C. over head tank up to capacity of one lac. Liters including labour, material, and T&P required for proper completion of work or as directed by E/I.

Supply and mixing bleaching powder in over head tank as required or as directed by Engineer - in - charge.(CSI No. 20.29)

Attending to petty maintenance service like plumbing service,welder service, mansion service and carpenter service required as below. (Job attending by one no. Plumber/welder/mason /carpenter with one no. helper per hour or part of an hour.)

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality :15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete :15 mm nominal bore.

Supply and fixing of water tank lid hinge type ,virgine,pure unbreakable ,durable for 500/750/1000/1500/2000 ltr tank .

Cleaning of Syntex /R.C.C.tank up to capacity of 500 Liters including labour, material, and T&P required for proper completion of work or as directed by E/I.

Cleaning of Syntex /R.C.C.tank up to capacity of 1000 Liters including labour, material, and T&P required for proper completion of work or as directed by E/I.
