Demolition below ground level upto 1.50 mtrs. depth and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 mtrs. lead:- a) Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. thickness.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/ struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unusable material/soil separately and after laying and joining and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layer including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dressing of Bed and preparation of sub grade for lining work in :-

Dressing of side slope and preparation of sub grade for lining work in :-

Cement concrete lining 15cm. thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:3:6.

a) Hand mixed concrete lining in bed.

b) Hand mixed concrete lining on side slopes.

Extra allowances for form work in concrete lining:-

a) in bed.

b) in Side slopes.

Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting andchiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:11/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2 sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect.:-

a) Foundation and plinth.

b) Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and and curing complete excluding cost of form work in breast walls and retaining walls. The size of plum shall usualy be 150mm to 300mm as per PWD specifications

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

a) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Tor steel.

Laying and jointing high density polyethelene pipes for use of buried water mains and services duly ISI marked (IS: 4984-1995 as amended upto date in the following grades of material, pressure rating and nominal dia. Material grade PE-63 PN-6 and PN-4 including all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
