Dismantling existing deteriorated lime concrete within the profile of the roof slab, wherever specified and disposal of the debris up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared, including cost, seignorage and conveyance of all materials and water from approved sources to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work or as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling ( carefully removing) the cracked/ dislodged brick wall of the building and to dispose debris etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of damaged wooden doors and windows and clearing away carefully and stacking materials useful for reuse without causing any damage to the existing ancient brick masonry wall including carefully removing brick corners of doors and windows etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
