M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 , B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for manhole, set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work / moulds etc complete all as specified. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in main reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings,berms etc laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 0.30 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine seived excavated dry soil laid to the required width of trench at botom and top of cable as cushioning to cable complete all as specified . Note :- Thickness shall be measured after punning

Supply and laying of common burnt clay building bricks, sub class B size for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50 mm dis for cable protection laid in trenches as in road crossing or fixed to wall / pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting of existing road / path of any description of width not exceeding 45cm for laying of GI tubing and making the good to disturbed portion of road/ path with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Samples shall be collected in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and test reports shall be submitted in original to Engineer-in-Charge for record purpose and test result parameters shall be with in permissable limit as per IS and Standard Engineering norms.

Comprehensive Maintenance of ETP with and including consumable items (approximate quantities of chemicals such as Hydro Chloric Acid - 09 Litres ,Flocculant- 18 Kgs, Coagulant-9 Litres ,Bio Culture-1.2 Kgs, Sodium Hypo Chloride-06 Kgs), Anionic/cationic polymers,Activated carbon & sand filter media, Oil for blowers, Air filter for blowers, gravels fine coarse size for sludge drying bed, UV lamp etc.,) for first 2 years after completion and handing over of ETP to MES, carrying out monthly visit for maintenance and unlimited break down calls for efficient and smooth functiong of ETP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for consumable chemicals and any other consumables required for smooth functioning of plant complete

Collecting treated water on clean bottle from ETP and carrying out tests (minimum essential testing) of water as per IS , mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value TSS, BOD, COD, residual chlorine total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms analysis from Govt /NABL Lab and submission of results in triplicate complete all as specified and directed. Note: Testing shall be carried out once in three month or as and when directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

( j ) MANNING AND OPERATION OF ETP AFTER DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD :

Manning and Operation and routine maintenance of ETP of capacity 1200 GPD including all connected all E/M accessories / machineries pertains to ETP supplied, installed and commissioned under ser. item No 1.01 above for 08 Hours per day (General Shift) by employing the Man power (operator - 01 No) and shift timings (i.e. 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) for operation of plant daily and carrying out daily, weekely, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance complete as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: This item shall be executed after completion of BOQ item No 91 for a period of 11 months

Notes for ser item No 95 to 97 : (a) The operating Tradesmen should record the functioning details of ETP in log sheets daily as per format and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Log sheets shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rate shall be inclusive for the same. (b) The operating Tradesmen should be capable for attending minor defects/ rectification and necessary tools/ tool kit as required for this purpose should be provided by contractor. (c) The contractor shall ensure that cleaning of installations on daily basis shall be done and installation buildings shall be maintained clean and tidy inside as well as and out side of the installation up to 3 mtr from it's plinth protection and for this purpose necessary tools/ tool kit should be provided by contractor. (d) The contractor shall ensure to provide safety devices to the tradesmen. (e) Operation of plant shall be done daily by the Tradesmen as per given instruction and updating necessary records for daily consumption chemicals indicating daily consumption. (f) The rates quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost towards above provisions (a) to (e). without any extra cost to the Department
