SCH 'A' Pt - XV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II ( INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supply and fix health faucet copper alloy (Chromium plated) of size 15mm bore dia complete all as specified and as directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Cutting of existing 150mm bore line and inserting MS tee of 150 x 150x 100mm including excavation, returning, filling, including run lead joint of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, connecting and testing ductile iron pipes single socketed and spigoted as per IS-8329:2002 cement mortar lining with portland slag cement as per IS-455:1989, metallic zinc coating as per IS-8329, finishing layer bituminous layer coat including specials, class”K-9”, 100 mm bore including tyton joints and accessories of jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of 200mm thick PCC solid block wall masonry valve chamber 900mm x 900m x 860mm built in CM 1:6 with 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in coping 50mm thick finished even and smooth, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), finished fair and even externally including excavation earthwork in any strata, 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast for manhole covers and painting to steel surface with two coats of black bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for ductile iron pipe special for spigot socketed K-12 shall to confirm IS-9523 all fittings provided with internal mortar lining coating metallic zinc coating of any size and any type such as tees, bends, collars, reducers, tappers, blank plate, MJ adopters etc suitable for 50mm to 100 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY AND DG SET WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.

Supply and erect, fix 2 pole structure on 11 meter steel tubular pole consisting of anti climbing device & cross arms including incoming, out going jumpers, insulators, GOD 1 set, drop out fuse 1 set, lightening arresters 1 set etc including painting with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE Excavation and PCC foundation will be measured and paid in relevant schedule 'A'.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type suitable for plinth mounting complete with standard accessories/fittings suitable for HT 11KV 3 Phase and LT 433 volts 3 phase 4 wire , Dyn-11, copper wound, with off load tap changer having voltage variation of ±7.5% in step of 2.5 % continuous rating of capacity 250 KVA with temperature rise shall not exceed 45° C for transformer winding and 40° C for top oil complete conforming to IS 1180 (Part 1) : 2014 and other relevent IS code Energy Efficiency Level - 2 for transformer including necessary suitable size PCC platform and comprising of following fittings :- (a) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. (b) Lifting lugs/hooks . (c) Rating and terminal marking plate. (d) Silica gel breather . (e) Drain - cum - sampling valve (3/4)" nominal thread with plug (f)Thermometer pocket with dial type thermometer. (g) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (h) Conservator with oil level gauge. (j) First fill of oil up to appropriate level as recommended by manufacturer with fresh new oil. (k) Type of connection arrangement : MS cable termination box on LT side and open bushing on HT side. NOTE :- (i) Plinth stone masonry platform as per manufacturer recommendations complete with standard fittings conforming to IS-1180 energy efficient and with ECBC Closset or latest IS complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Stone masonary platform will be measured and paid separately) (ii) Precommisioning test shall be referred form PS (III) Factory inspection shall be referred from Schedule A Notes.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic polycarbonate street light pole cable junction boxes IP 66 “halogen free and weather proof” for outdoor installation hinged door with locking arrangement MS clamps for fixing on pole 4 way connectors 2 Nos MCB SP 10A-01 No, cable glands 2 Nos with metric knockouts for cable entry of size 167 x 125 x 82 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable path indicator for HT cable made out of moulded cast iron of 100mm dia & 6 mm thick engraved with “HT 11000 volts” welded to MS angle 50x50x6mm, 1.25 mtr long and base plate of size 200mmx200mmx6mm duly welded to equal angles 0.25 m embedded in PCC block (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 30x30x30cm and 1 mtr above ground level including painting with two coats of brown colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work, RFR and removal of surface soil complete all as specified and directed.

M& for platform of size 3 mtr x 3 mtr x 1 mtr height for outdoor transformer 250 KVA using PCC (1:4:8) foundation, type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) upto 0.2 mtr. RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded aggregate) of 0.2 mtr thick at bottom, sides and top with 10mm dia TMT bars and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 mass concrete including angle iron frame using 55x55x10mm thick angle iron frame grouted in PCC including nuts and bolts for installation of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chain link fencing around transformer of fencing plan size 10 mtr in length x 10 mtr in width including PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm grade aggregate) as in foundation, DPC with M-25 design mix, brick wall upto height 0.9 mtr above DPC and angle iron of size 55x55x6mm 4.5 metre total length with base plate fixed in foundation to secure chain link fencing size of opening not more than 75mmx75mm and wire not less than 3mm dia of size 2.25 mtr high fixed with nut and bolts or welded with flat iron of size 50mmx4mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel srufaces including iron gate, locking arrangements, three coats of white wash to plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel for 3 phase 415 V & 50Hz system of capacity 70 KVAR incoming MCCB totally enclosed outdoor type factory made in minimum four steps 5/10/20 or as per OEM nearer steps and capacity with relay complete with internal wiring and contractors complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING WORKS NOTE:- For items of REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -X (REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING WORKS) shall also be applicable.

(b) Excavation and earth work & site development etc required for scope covered under provisional lump sum shall be measured and paid under relevant items of sch ‘A’ part XIV, i.e. Excavation,Earth work and Site developement.

Supply, fabricate and fixing adjustable type basket ball pole - 02 Nos. with MS 100mm x 100 mm (3.5 mm thick of height adjustment 10 ft to 7 ft with acrylic board of 1/2" 1500 mm x 900 mm, MS base plate 300 mm x 300 mm including 2 coats of synthetic enamel (powder coated) over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces including net as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for good earth (14:4:2) consisting of red soil-14 parts, sand-4 parts and organic manure 2 parts mixed well and moistured including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming all as specified and directed for top layer playgrounds so as to provided a smooth surface and turtle back crown slope suitable for playgrounds complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of all weather synthetic cushion (8 layers) surface system for outdoor basketball court consisting of : cleaning of the base surface, application of acrylic primer coat, one layer of resurfacer (sealer /levelling coat), one layer of heavy cushion system, two layers of fine cushion system followed by two acrylic base coat colours and one top coat finish colour including game line marking to a total thickness of approx 3 mm all as per FIBA international standards and as per manufacturer's instructions

M&L for painting geometric shape like traingular, square, circular or similar etc not exceeding 1 sqm each on newly prepared stone/concrete/asbestos cement/plaster surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint coat over priming paints plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.
