Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm with mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over surfaces of roof slab/wall after prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of roof, projection, chajjas, walls, sunken portion etc, (old or new), finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) with mixing of WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer at 4 Kg per 10 sq metre over plastered, concrete surfaces including prepration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gm/sqm) by torched applicatilaid over and including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen S-35 grade (30/40) at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sq.m including cleaning surfaces by on and as per manufacturer instructions complete and all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for Providing cement concrete cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges (1:2:4) type Bo(using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) for coved fillets of radius 75mm provided at junction of roof and parapet/vertical surfaces, pedding concrte to achive slope as required & making plateform for water tank on roof slab etc complete and all as specified and directed.

S&F for 10 mm thick Endura SRI cool roof, UV Rays resistant anti skid tiles of size exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, on terrace/roof surface over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set and jointd grouted and flush pointed with epoxy Based Waterproof Tile Filler to match the colour of tiles with demolition of tiles and screed bed, including over Geotextile 120Gm non woven 100% polyster of thickness 1 to 1.25mm bonded to the water proofing membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by butane torch as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) over roof, terrace using integral WPC as per manufacturer's instructions well compacted and fair finish, with forming by cutting 10mm deep "V" grooves, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture, mastic bitumen, size of panel with groove shall not exceeding 0.40Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of 500 ltr and setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc thoroughly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered any colour as approved (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I inluding dismantling water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15 mm thick screed bed/backing coat in cement mortar (1:6) including grinding, polishing, rounding edge etc complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cemenmt slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including grinding, polishing, rounding edge etc complete all as specified and direcetd.

Demolition of brickwork or stone, precast block, boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm in thickness but above ground floors in sunken floor treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sunken floor with using including WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) n. exc 1.5 Sqm each.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100 mm size butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site all as specified and drawing for item No 879 in SSR Part-II 2004 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing from site complete and all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick (coloured) of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (coloured) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

Taking up or down 25 or 32mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes 16 mm outer dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster [in two layers 10mm in CM (1:6) & 5mm in CM (1:4)] on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC are measured and paid separately.)

S&F for 5 cm thick sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete and all as specified and directed.
