Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying TWO COATS of CEMENT BASE PAINT over a Coat of APPROVED PRIMER, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying THREE COATS of WHITE WASHING, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings,postof angle iron etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 including dismantling of old unserviceable mils steel work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar in (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement two number of legs manufactured using M-30 graded grey cement concrete of back height 1000mm, front height 400mm, bottom width 620mm with 100mm thickness. Each leg shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of 10mm dia TMT bars distributed uniformly along the section and periphery of the legs and tied with 4mm dia mild steel stirrups. Each leg will have 3 Nos 12mm dia 65mm leght galvaniszed coupling nuts, welded suitably to the main reinforcement at appropriate location on the seating to receive concrete planks on the legs and 3 holes to receive carriage bolts for fixing bolts for fixing back rest planks. Five RCC planks of size 1500mmx100mmx50mm shall be cast using M-30 grade grey cement mixed with 3% red pigment (other color may be used, if decided by Engr-in-Charge) and each plank, reinforced with 2 nos. 10mm dia TMT bars along with length and 10 nos 4mm dia mild steel bars along the width and having 2 hole of 14mm dia at appropritate alocation to receive 12mm dia galvanized bolts for fixing theses planks on the legs. One RCC plank of size 1500mm x 200mm x 50mm shall be cast using M-30 grade grey cement concrete mix with 3% ref pigment (other color may be used, if decided by Engr-in-Charge) and shall be reinforced with 3 nos. 10 mm dia TMT bars along the width and having two holes of 14mm dia at appropriate location so as to recieve 12 mm dia galvanized bolts for fixing on the legs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5 mm consisting of panels of desired sixe stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5 mm thick Prelam PVC Sheet. The panel & strips shall be Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2008 certified Company. The strips should have in their center grove of 6 mm wide and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertially at an equal interval of 10" between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS Screws through the groove in the strips by using PVC fasterners. The distance between two screw shall bot be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strps of 5 mm thick PVC sheet of width 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement all as specified including dismantling of existing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
