Demolition of concrete above ground floor for sunken portion exc 15 cm thick and removing the rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as in sunken portion mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement, finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’.

M&L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 Kg per Sqm per coat complete all as specified.

M&L for polythene film, black, 50 Micron laid in floors.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type, B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick including finishing the surfaces even and fair to receive floor finishes.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 CM to receive vertical tiles compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured joint free vetrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured joint free vettified Tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) on vertical surfaces as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 to receive vertical tiles complete all as specified.

Supplying only liquid water proofing compound , ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with forced application over roof surface with a tack coat of indestrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm at bottom of the membrane as bonding material, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of bushes upto 10 cm dia trunk, grass from roof top, racking out joints/pointing to brick tiles and flush pointing with 1:3 cement mortar with water proofing compound, all as specified as directed.
