M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggt in hard standing, foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft / loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for slidding doors or gates (Two leaf- each leaf approx 22mtr long and 1.5 mtr high) fixed in vertical post of angle, square bars or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including all arrangements for slidding like U groove guid roller, track/rail, guid bracket with nylon rollers, limit stopper, hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings confirming Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste for Form work, fair finished to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete railings,openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and simila rwork exc 10cm but n exc 20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil n exc 15 cm deep trimming of natural ground (removing vegetation/shurbs/ brushwood. Undergrowth and carring away rubbish to a distance of 50 metre complete all as specified and directed.
