Dismantling aluminium/ gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external , Internal & concealed) after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

a) 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

b) Above 40 mm nominal bore

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] : Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations]

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :

a) Of Area 3.0 Sq.m and below

b) Of Area beyond 3.0 Sq.m

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1.0 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Melamine polishing on wood work (two coats).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two coats on old work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content : With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

ACP CLADDING WORK: Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: (A) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (B) Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF/ Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face #1 and polymer (Service) coating on face #2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (C) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5/ MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is included in this item only. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in square metre up to two decimal places.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion (Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration) for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same :

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-incharge. With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6) (Make: Armstronge Dune Beveled Tegular 9/16 or equivalent)

Providing and fixing LUXALON 75C & 225C un-perforated Aluminium panel coloured ceiling manufactured by M/s. HUNTER DOUGLAS INDIA or any other approved equivalent brand, each panel consisting of 75/225 mm wide x 15.5 mm deep and 0.5 mm thick with bevel edged panel made from enamelled corrosion resistance aluminium alloy AA-5050 (Al.Mg), each panel to abut each other with a narrow 'V' groove, clipping with a baked enamelled aluminium panel carrier of 32 mm wide x 39 mm deep x 0.95 mm thick in standard length of 5 metres made of double baked enamelled aluminium alloy AA-5050 (Al.Mg) black with cutouts to hold the panels in a module of 75 mm closed at a distance of 1.25 metre, each panel carrier suspended by means of G.I. suspension rod 4 mm diameter and a galvanised supsension spring clip at a distance of 1.7 metre centre to centre, making openings for light fittings etc. with suitable peimeter framing all complete as per manufacturer's recommendation and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Measurement shall be made wall to wall without any deduction for openings, for payment purpose].

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite (of any colour and shade) for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels :

a) Area of slab up to 0.50 sqm

b) Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

a) Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).

b) Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank (Ref. Make: SINTEX or approved equivalent), IS:12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brass/ Stainless Steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge : Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item] : With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete : Up to 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints. : Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sq.m., including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.]

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Door handle, lock and stopper to be included in this item only].

Providing and fixing sensor based sliding glass door system of approved make for main entrance door of size 2.0m x 2.4m, comprising of D.C. Motor controller, transmission belt, aluminum profile, sensor and necessary accessories including 10mm thick toughened glass with required framing, fittings, accessories etc. complete in all respect as per manufacturer's specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Internal Work - Concealed in wall: Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and fixing Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer : 18 mm thick

Lighting Distribution Board / AC Distribution Board Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of TPN lighting / AC Distribution board of approved make as per appendix -1, with rating and feeders as per specification. The DB shall be of IP-42 protection class and shall conform to IS 8623. The board shall be fitted with an acrylic door as per specifications and drawings- Type IV DIstribution Board : Double Door Translucent Euro DB of Havells or approved make as per appendix -1, having 100 A TPN Copper Bus bar, 1x63 A TPN MCB , 1x63 A RCCB (100 mA Sensitivity), 9x6A SP MCB & 6x20 A SP MCB as per specification.

Point wiring Supplying, installation and testing with 1.5 Sq.mm stranded PVC insulated copper conductor wires for phase & neutral of 650V grade including earthing by providing 1.5 Sq.mm earth insulated continutity wire of copper in PVC conduit (Supply & installation of PVC conduit covered elsewhere in SOR) recessed on wall/ceiling/ false celing including supply & installation of switch boxes,junction boxes, pull boxes, bushes, screws, check nuts, bends, modular switches and sockets .
