CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous/Concrete Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (SOR-2025 Ch-27, S.I.No. 2)

Reflective Raised Pavemant Markers (Cat Eye/Road Stud)Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-impact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadiene Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Rettective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lonars shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+1-5 degree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 min and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation: and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (SOR- 2025 ch-27, S.N. 5 Morth-804)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (AR as per MORTH Specification clause-406 (B))

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR-16.83)

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of local sand, filling the joints with local sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).) (DSR-16.84)

Providing and laying of I Shaped precast 80mm thick Rubber moulded interlocking Tiles (Compressive strength not less than 40 Mpa and Weight 4.5 Kg) including 50mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope,fIlling joints with local sand all complete as par the direction of Engineer-in charge.(AR)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR 6.1.1)
