Sch 'A' Part-I (Building Works)

"Design, Supply & Fixing of Precast reinforced cement concrete (RCC) under ground bunker (water proof) of internal dimension 4.3x 2.4x2.1 mtr constructed using M-50 grade of concrete (wet cast). The structure shall be capable ofwithstanding an earth filling load of concrete up to 0.60 cm above the top slab. The following work shall be included :- (a) Complete precast RCC construction. (b) Necessary surface finishing including painting and water proofing treatment on the joints as per the manufacturer recommendations. (c) 1 x MS door of size 0.90 x 2.0 m with frame. (d) Provision for 2 x mechanical vents. (e) Provision of all required sleeves, chasses and cutout in walls. Floor and slabs for electrical services. (f) MS staircase for entrance. (g) Adequate arrangements for electrical fittings and installations. (h) Electrical conduits shall be integrated within the precast structure modules at the time of casting, in accordance with the locations, sizes and specifications indicated in the approved construction drawings. These conduits must be coordinated with other services and structural elements to ensure seamless installation and avoid conflicts during assemble on site. (j) The drawings of Precast reinforced under ground bunker to be submitted by the contractor duly vetted by any IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College for approval of GE. (k) All the cost of above shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (Note :- All above work to be completed as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge).

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Hardcore using broken stone boulders not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agreegate) as in flooring including finshing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation or below interlocking tile of 50 mm thick layer including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and No pigment, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 Grade over completed all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, hold fasts, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded Agg) in post holes all as specified and as directed
