Dismantling of wall/ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) of any type including cover fillets.

M & L providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm ,using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX1.4mm,weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX26.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia MS wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's, complete all as specified and directed

M&L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre designer cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws.

Taking down complete existing treatment of roof/ parapet , Mud puska on roof /parrapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal etc complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry (3 Kg of cement per Sq M) mixed with chemical compound in the proportion, chemical compound SUPER LATEX of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD, water & cement (1:4:7) or SBR LATEX of STP LTD or other equivalent as per manufacture instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete all as specified & directed complete.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD, or STP No 1 (LIQUID) of STP LTD in proportion 200 millitire per 50 Kg cement, as in padding, benching,Sunken portion etc on roof surface for corecting/making proper slope on roof, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete / brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement or as per manufacturar instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof / sunken slab /wall complete all as specified and directed NOTE : water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately .

M&L for Water proofing treatment on "Not Approachable /inaccessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (iii) Applying evenly tack coat of industrial 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (v) Applying a coat of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 100 Gram / Sqm over & incl a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L repairing broken edges of chajja's, roof projection, Fascias etc . In small widths/depths ( exposed area not exc 0.16 Sqm ) by breaking the cracked/loose portion and filling with Cement Mortar / Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Type B-0 , using 12.5 mm Crushed stone aggregates , over GI wire mesh, giving a coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using chemical for bonding old and new concrete/plaster and finishing with CM 1:3 plastering, incl 2 coats of white wash to match the exisitng surfaces incl removing debris , necessary scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement if any provided shall be measured and paid separately)
