Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the primises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick/ stone masonery or other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:6 surface finished even and smooth w/o extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick, stone masonary or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement and water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic matching tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular )area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc using approved chemical adhessive coloured cement to match bedded over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, coloured (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match bedded over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm X 300mm X 7 to 8mm thick in vertical surfaces 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compund

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in length with rubber ring joints liad in trenches or in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL, including floor tile thickness) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for WPT in sunken floors as described here under:- Sunken floor and sides up to finished floor level shall be plastered with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement . (ii) Preparing plastered surfaces and providing APP polymeric water proofing membrane , minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP ltd or Hyper Plas (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or 'Shatiplas' (Polyster) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or EMW Flate' of M/S Texas India Ltd) at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch , with a over lap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface and filling lime concrete 1:5:10 type E2 with brick bats complete all as specified an as directed Note :- (i) Polymeric membrane shall be laid in sunken floor and on sides up to finished floor level. (ii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. (iii) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately Note : Slab area only will be measured for payment purpose.

S&F in repair vitreous china WHB White flat back size 550 x 400mm with PVC waste pipe, brass chromium plated waste coupling for glazed ware sinks, basins etc with long screw shank and fly nuts flanged incl fixing only of pillar taps and bedded in red lead in cement and other end fixed, complete all as specified (Make : HINDWARE/PARRYWARE/CERA Ist Quality).

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet (EWC) white, pedestal pattern complete, including connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe plastic water closet seat back closed pattern with flat bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device, incl. jet connections etc complete all as spd & directed

S&F PVC (SWR) floor trap oulet dia 110mm, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair brass CP central hole L-bend wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe 15mm dia etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquaror equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair CP fancy type health faucet 15mm bore (ISI marked) including extension pipe of 1 mtr long etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stack clamps, out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, size of bore of pipe in 110mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material outside of MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work using Sub class B bricks in exc. 6 m mean radius on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick of Cement mortar 1 : 3 all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 mm fibre glass reinforced transluscent plain sheet fixed with coach screw in walls,roof etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for expansive cement used to fix PVC pipe on wall,for concrete slabs and sunken portion to prevent water leakages all as specified and directed.
