(i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt out copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials and worn out ball bearing - 2 No (ii) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Replacement of ball bearing - 2 No (iv) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking flow of water and MES NO all as per norms and all as specified and as directed as directed by the Engr-in-charge.
