Removing white or colour wash by scraping and sand for papering and preparing the surface smooth incl necessary repairs to stratches etc complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:Old work (one or more coats applied@ 2.20 kg/1 Osqm) over priming coat of primer applied@ 0.80 litrs/10sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12MM to 20MM in patches of area 2.5 Sqm & under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints & preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50M lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting (one or more coats ) on rain water, soil , waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work :

75 mm diameter pipes

100 mm diameter pipes

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10 Kg/ sqm)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 500x500 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 500x500 mm

Distempering with dry distamper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coat) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade

P/L in position cement conc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) crushed.

Provision for wood work including removing of damaged chowkaths, shutters and replacing same as per site conditions (In all quarters)

Provsision for repair of sanitation and water supply and drainage as per site conditions

Provision for repair of electrical and fittings and fixtures as per site conditions

Carriage of material by Mech Transport from source to site of work including loading, unloading and stacking
