Taking down carefully point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete incl battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor etc complete all as specified.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FR grade PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable,1100 volts grade as per IS-694 drawn through and including PVC cassing and capping (not less than 20 mm wide) complete with all fittings and acessories including PVC board/ box of suitable size for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators, etc and 1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor cable FR grade PVC insulated and unsheathed for earth continuity for One light Point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 2 above but for One Ceiling /Exhaust Fan Point controlled by one oneway switch.

All as per Ser item No 2 above but for 5 amps socket point on independent board.

All as per Ser item No above but for 5 amps socket point on same board controlled by another switch.

All as per Ser item No 2 above but for One bell point controlled by one bell push.

All as per Ser item No 2 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable for 15 amps socket outlet on independent board,but using 2.5 sqmm earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 2 above but with 4 sqmm cable for 20/25 amps Power Unit on independent board,but using 4 sqmm earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface backelite three terminals, PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type, 6 Amps 240 volts single pole one way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet, 5 pin 6 Amps, flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet 15/16 Amps, 6 in 1, flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type,15/16 Amps 240 volts single pole one way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fan regulator electronic type, rotary step, Socket type 240 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch Bell push flush type, 5 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Call bell ding dong muscial type , AC, 230 Volts, Single pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB protected POWER UNIT with one 25 amps socket, (incl 3 Pin Plug Top) including MCB DP and starter 25 Amps rating with six module plate and flush metal GI box and electrically connecting up fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells cat No- DHDUCDP0253016-25 (25 Amps) OR any equivalent model in INDOASIAN/C&S ELECTRIC LTD.

Supply and fix 20 watt intregated LED tube light fitting 4 ft , suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including electrically connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area)all as specified. Make -Crompton, Cat No.LCTLN-20-CDL or equivalent model in Philips/ Wipro/GE.

Supply and fix 10 watt intregated LED tube light fitting 2 ft , suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including electrically connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area)all as specified. Make -Crompton, Cat No.LCTLN-10-CDL or equivalent model in Philips/ Wipro/GE.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two runs of single core 6 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 vots grade multistrand, unseathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and caping and all necessary fittings including 6 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Three runs of cable 6 Sqmm shall be measured as one RM of sub main wiring.

All as per Ser Item No- 20 above but two single core 4 Sqmm for phase & neutral and 01 single core 4 Sqmm for earth wire. NOTE:- (i) Three runs of cable 4 Sqmm shall be measured as one RM of sub main wiring.

All as per Ser Item No- 20 above but two single core 10 Sqmm for phase & neutral and 01 single core 10 Sqmm for earth wire. NOTE:- (i) Three runs of cable 10 Sqmm shall be measured as one RM of sub main wiring.

Taking down MCB DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor complete all as specified.

Supply and fix SP&N DBs, double door, 240 volt, 8 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix SP&N DBs, double door, 240 volt, 4 way complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) rein-forced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on completion , including taking down unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium Strip of size 25mm x 3.0 mm complete with insulators and fixing screws for fixing the strip on wall/roof including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair GI Strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete with insulators and fixing screws for fixing the strip on wall/roof including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore dia,light grade for mechanical protection of earth strip of chemical earthing etc including taking down unserviceable. Make: Jindal/Prakash/Surya Roshni /Tata

S & F in repair after taking down the old unserviceable one ceiling fan 1200 mm and connecting up complete including provision of cable 3 core of size 0.5 Sq mm (16/0.2 mm) copper ISI marked from ceiling rose to fan including making necessary fixing arrangements in the existing RCC ceiling /roof with suitable anchor fastners as specified to hold the fan all as directed. Make : Bajaj or equivalent model in Crompton / Havells Note : U/S ceiling fan shall be deposited to MES Store yard.
