MAINT AND REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND CONNECTED WORKS OF MD ACCN IN AOR OF AGE B/R-II AREA UNDER AGE E/M NO-1 OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring of any type (ligh, fan, bell, socket or power etc.) complete with all accessories like switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses, light fittings any type,termilnal box etc. for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces, applying distemper / Emulsions matching to the existing colour / quality of walls / floors / ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Industrial bldg height approx 30 feets and all T & P arrangements will be done at contractor end.

M&L for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi stranded, FR-LSH, conforming to IS: 694-1990, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor and including PVC concealed conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc, sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box suitable for fixing moduler switches, sockets, regulator etc or with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall any height with and including continuous green earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated multi stranded, FRLS copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly including cutting holes in or through the walls, making good to walls, ceiling etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match complete all as directed for One light/fan/bell/security light/exhaust point wiring controlled by one, one way switch/bell push button. Note :- The point wiring shall include the wiring of light/ outlets of any length from the distribution board via switch to the point.

All as per item No 2 above but one out let socket point 3pin 5 amps on independent board complete all

All as per item No 2 above but one socket point 3 Pin 5 Amp on the same board with other switches.

All as per item No 2 above but using 2.5 sqmm copper conductor with 2.5 sqmm earth wire for one 15 amps socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but using 4 sqmm copper conductor with 4 sqmm earth wire for one 20 amps socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for each additional light point with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor on the same switch circuit complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two single core 6 sqmm nominal cross section area with 1100 volt grade confirming to IS 694 (2010) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor with one run of 6 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FR-LSH) ISI marked for continuous green earth wire drawn in exisitng PVC conduit with all fitting marked including cutting, chasing for conduit and making good to walls, ceiling etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match complete all as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 Sqmm Cable and one run of 6 Sqmm earth cable together in & including PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

All as per item No 8 above but using two single core 4 sqmm copper conductor and with one single core 4 sqmm earth wire for one 20 Amps socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of 4 Sqmm Cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable together in & including PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

M & L for submain wiring with four single core 10 sq mm FR-LSH nominal area for 3 phase & neutral with 1100 volt grade confirming to IS 694 (2010) PVC insulated unsheathed with one run of 10 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) ISI marked for continuous green earth wire drawn in and in existing PVC conduit (ISI mark) of size 32 mm dia medium grade with all fitting marked including cutting, chasing for conduit and making good to walls, ceiling etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match complete all as directed. Note:- Four runs of 10 Sqmm Cable and one run of 10 Sqmm cable together in & including PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.
