Providing designation 75-A, BRICK FLAT SOLING joints filled with local sand including cost of watering,taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing R.C.C. M-20 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in FOUNDATION and plinth with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer, placing in position vibrating striking curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls(any thickness),including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses, fillets,columns,pillars ,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.above plinth level up to floor five level,excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone -III ): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Reinforced cement concrete work in beam , suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 150 landing ,balconies ,shelves, chhajjas , lintels,bands,plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level,excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone -III ): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Providing designation 75 A BRICK WORK in CM. (1:6) in SUPERSTRUCTURE with approved quality of clean coarse & of F.M. 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints cost of screening,racking out joints to 15 mm depth,curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer Incharge

Providing 12 mm Thk. cement plaster(1:6) on inside walls with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Earth filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
