PART- A (CIVIL ROAD WORK) Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and staking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per MoRTH clause 201

Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. as per MoRTH clause 301

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet. as per MoRTH clause 305

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres. as per MoRTH clause 305.4.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per MoRTH clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRTH clause 406

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. as per MoRTH clause 602

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per MoRTH clause 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity 100-120 TPH HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Grading II)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (For BC) as per MoRTH clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity 100-120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

PART- B (HUME PIPE CULVERT/DRAIN/RCC CULVERT) Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (S.O.R. S.I. No. 251)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. (S.O.R. S.I. No. 6-4.1)
